Premium can only be purchased using Bitcoin. First, deposit Bitcoin to your CryptoGuard account by generating a deposit address from your dashboard. Once your balance is credited (usually within 1-3 blockchain confirmations), you can use your balance to purchase any premium plan directly from the Premium page. We don't accept credit cards to ensure your complete privacy and anonymity.
Bitcoin deposits typically require 1-3 blockchain confirmations, which takes about 10-30 minutes. Once confirmed, your balance is automatically updated. For larger amounts, we may require additional confirmations for security.
Bronze (Free): Up to $100 holdings, no sending limits, but cannot withdraw.
Silver ($49/month): $25,000 holdings, $10,000 daily send limit, normal priority.
Gold ($99/month): $100,000 holdings, $50,000 daily send limit, high priority.
Diamond ($199/month): Unlimited holdings, no limits, highest priority, 24/7 VIP support.
Absolutely. We only store your email and username (passwords are hashed). All data is stored on secure servers with SQL injection protection and DDoS mitigation. We never sell or share your information with third parties. If you wish to delete your account, you can contact support and we'll process it manually.
Due to the nature of cryptocurrency and manual verification, we do not offer refunds on premium purchases. Please make sure you understand the plan benefits before purchasing. Deposits to your account balance are also non-refundable.
Withdrawals are processed manually and typically take 20-30 minutes. There are no withdrawal fees. Simply go to your dashboard, click "Send", enter the recipient's user ID or external wallet address, and confirm the transaction.

CryptoGuard is built for knowledgeable users who understand the risks of cryptocurrency. We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide the service.
Email address – Stored in plaintext solely for contacting you (support, important updates). We never sell, share, or misuse your email.
Username – Stored for identification within the platform.
Password – Securely hashed using bcrypt. We cannot recover your password.
Transaction details – Stored and associated with your user ID. Wallet addresses are hashed for your privacy.
No IP addresses, browser fingerprints, or tracking cookies are collected. We do not use analytics or third-party trackers.
All data is stored on secure servers with SQL injection protection and DDoS mitigation. While we strive to protect your information, no system is 100% secure. You use CryptoGuard at your own risk.
You may request account deletion by emailing support. Requirements: Your holdings must be $0. If you delete an account with a positive balance, the funds are forfeited and cannot be recovered. After deletion, all your data is permanently removed within 48 hours.
We provide the service "as is" without any warranty. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your seed phrase, password, and any transactions.

You are the only one who knows your seed phrase and password. We cannot recover them for you, and we cannot undo transactions. Guard them like you would your house keys.
